Booklet line Horizon SPF-200A

Horizon sheet-collecting complex - a system of two sheet-collecting towers VAC 100 with a rotary-pneumatic system for feeding sheets of 10 trays, a wire stitching-folding module for stitching/folding SPF-200A, an end trimming module FC-20 . The output is a finished brochure. Maximum speed – up to 3000 brochures per hour.

High-performance sheet collating machine Horizon VAC 100 for collecting sheets and their further stacking or production of brochures in the finishing module.

The tower-type machine with a rotary-pneumatic sheet feeding system is equipped with vacuum wheels and blowing, which ensures stable and high-quality separation of the top sheet and its reliable grip, stepwise adjustment of the suction force of the disks, an adjustable separator, the possibility of separate adjustment of the pneumatic lines of the trays depending on the type of paper and her weight. All this allows you to select coated and uncoated papers, cardboard, as well as laminated materials in any combination, eliminating marking and skewing of sheets at any selection speed, regardless of the type of materials.

Friendly Touch&Work interface (click and work) provides simple and intuitive line control, displays self-diagnosis data, and also reminds about the need for service work.

For in-line production of brochures, Horizon VAC 100 collating towers are equipped with a SPF 200A wire stitching module (stitching on 2 heads , folding) and end trimming modules FC-20. In principle, the line can be equipped with different modules, for example, SPF-200A (stitching on 2 heads, folding) plus the FC-20A module.

The machine is in excellent condition, constantly in operation.
