BQ-470 is an automatic, high-performance professional sewing machine. The BQ-470 has the same high quality as the BQ-460, while the ease of maintenance and level of automation matches the BQ-270, the best single carriage machine in the world. The machines are equipped with a milling and torsioning section, which allows you to work with both sheets and notebooks, as well as fasten blocks containing dissimilar paper. Torshoning and milling of the spine of the block in combination with the design features of the glue section guarantee exceptionally reliable and high-quality binding of the book. The side gluing device promotes the formation of a uniform layer of glue on the spine to improve the appearance of the product.

Cover feeder - universal pneumatic with the ability to perform creasing. Before the block arrives, the cover is rigidly fixed on the table, so shifting or skew of the cover relative to the block is excluded. The pressure of crimping the block and pressing the spine is adjustable, which makes it possible to give the spine a different shape, depending on the customer’s wishes.

The receiving device allows you to gently remove the block from the machine without any damage and place it in the stack.

Control, loading of blocks and acceptance of finished products are carried out on one side, which has a beneficial effect on the ergonomic properties of the machine and saves time. The machine starts moving automatically after installing the block in the clamp of the conveyor carriage, thereby simplifying the operator’s work.
