Hydraulic type three-sided paper cutting machine Horizon HT-30. It can work as an independent device or as part of a line, for example with a single-clamp thermal binder Horizon BQ-270. The cutting occurs with one working knife sequentially on each side, by means of automatic rotation of the block.
