Rilecart R-500 is Rilecart's best seller and the most popular semi-automatic machine in the world. The machine provides the owner with the highest quality binding of calendars and catalogs, ease of use, minimal maintenance and exceptional durability. Particularly high precision when fastening with a small spiral diameter makes it possible to produce any delicate products of small formats and thickness. The machine is equipped with a new control system via a touch display.
How the machine works:
The operator enters the diameter of the spiral, the pitch and the number of turns of the spiral into the control computer in accordance with the long spiral. The pre-punched calendar or book blocks are then placed on the loading table and the pedal to start the binding operation is pressed. The machine will automatically unwind from the reel and cut the spiral of the required length and number of turns, and move it to the crimping zone.
A mechanical valve on the work table will press the calendar block, and the table itself will move deep into the machine to the crimping block so that the perforations placed on the turns of the spiral. The table then returns to its original position, thereby placing the spiral in the area of the crimping block. At the time of the crimping operation, the crossbar can also be fed. R-500 allows you to insert a crossbar of any size in the range of 100-300 mm using the optional auto feeder for crossbars 100-300 mm,
