Putting a logo or design on a T-shirt is no longer entertainment, but a marketing tool. One of the ways to advertise a company is to print on T-shirts - the price of the service is not so high, and the reach of the target audience is impressive.

T-shirt printing (Kyiv) is becoming more and more popular every day. They are ordered as corporate clothing, for promotions, or as an original gift.

Below we will tell you how the types of printing on textiles differ and how durable they can be.

Where does T-shirt printing begin?

Digital printing on T-shirts begins with creating a layout. No company will start applying a picture without a design. The Wolf printing house is no exception, the manager of which, before calculating the estimate, will specify what fabric the design is applied to, the order quantity and the deadline for its completion.

If you do not have a layout, you can order it here same. Moreover, the printing house offers a branded service - Design Exchange. Its peculiarity is that after filling out the technical specifications, several independent performers are taken on the work at once, and only those results that fully satisfy the client will have to be paid.

Types of printing

Type printing on T-shirts directly depends on the purpose of the product:

If the item is purchased for everyday use, then the stability of the design comes to the fore.

If it is an advertising order - the emphasis should be on the cost and color of the logo, which will also be developed by the Wolf printing house.

Custom T-shirts are made in three main ways:

Directly on the fabric - the paint is applied with a special textile printer based on inkjet printing technology. After application, the design is fixed with a drying press in a special device.

Feature: can be used on both cotton and synthetic fabrics, provided that special paints are used for specific textiles.

Indirect printing on a printer (or using an intermediate medium) - before getting onto the fabric, the image is printed on special paper (film). From it, using a heat press, it is transferred to a T-shirt.

Feature: there are two technology options, one of which is suitable only for cotton, the second - for polyester.

Thermal applique - images are collected and glued to textiles using a heat press.

Feature: the ability to create textured fragments. Most often, a logo is applied to T-shirts in this way.

Silk-screen printing is the production of an image using paint and a stencil. If this is a photograph, then a grid is used.

Feature: each color is prepared in the form of a stencil on a special frame, which is washed off after printing a batch of T-shirts. You won't be able to order a few extra things.
