How to pay and receive your order

We work with clients on all over Ukraine. Delivery is carried out by the services of the carrier “Nova Poshta” in accordance with the terms and tariffs of the transport company. It is possible to order delivery of the parcel either at the branch or by courier at the address. Kiev residents can pick up their purchases directly at Wolf sales points, the addresses of which are listed on the website. For orders over 500 UAH or delay due to our fault, we deliver free of charge.

Payment is provided by bank transfer for businesses, as well as transfer via Visa/Mastercard or cash payment at our company's cash desk.

Promotions, referral program and special conditions for large wholesalers
