ATTENTION! The design exchange website is being updated

Dear visitors, at the moment, some sections may not work or display correctly. Examples of errors that you may encounter:

• Error No. 1. Error when loading a layout from the designer to participate in the competition.
  
• Error No. 2. Zero number of ideas from designers as a result of the described Error No. 1.
  

To improve the efficiency of work in such conditions of our portal, we offer a solution:

For design customers:

• 1) Describe the question you have and take a screenshot in a letter to info.design@wolf.ua.
• 2) When posting a questionnaire, please duplicate information with your contact details (email, phone) and order number to info.design@wolf.ua.
• 3) In the form, submit your contact details (email, phone), thanks to which they can contact you contact the designer and offer solutions to your request.
• 4) Contact us by phone 067 507 12 65 for consultation and solution to the issue.

For designers:

• 1) We suggest using file exchangers to transfer previews for confirmation (ex.ua, dropmefile.com, etc.).
• 2) Describe the question you have and attach a screenshot in the letter to info.design@wolf.ua
• 3) Write us your contacts to info.design@wolf.ua, by which we will, if necessary, manually connect you with the client when he contacts us

We will work in this mode until the new Design Exchange website appears soon. The planned launch date of the updated website is 05/16/2016.
