STARTING BINDER HORIZON BQ 270 WITH PUR GLUE

For more than 20 years, we have been actively expanding our production capabilities to create the most comfortable services. We are happy to announce a new acquisition to our post-printing shop - Binder Horizon BQ 270 with PUR, hot glue and side glue.

Areas of use of PUR glue in the production of books, brochures, catalogs, magazines with high loads that are subjected to sudden temperature fluctuations:

• bonding of blocks for hardcover (stitching books without threads will reduce the cost of the product by up to 30%)
• bonding of covers with double-sided lamination, the thickness of which is up to 350 g/m2 ;
• cover binding with double-sided UV and hybrid varnish, thickness up to 350 g/m2;
• working with paper with a density from 45 to 350 g/m2;
• li>bonding of several covers of different sizes and densities;
• bonding of a block up to 5 cm thick;
• bonding of a block with various advertising inserts (on cardboard, with lamination or varnishing on both sides);

The main advantages of using PUR glue are:

• good adhesion of varnish and laminated surfaces, cardboard;
• much more elastic and stronger than usual hot-melt adhesive;
• resistance to high and low temperatures;
• creation of a high-quality “square spine”;
• the only one among binding materials that does not interact with solvents and oils;
• applied in a layer twice as thin as regular hot-melt adhesive.
