Plastic cards production

We produce plastic cards of any complexity and purpose, according to ISO-7810 requirements (Identification cards – physical parameters).

  90х58 мм - Ready-to-print file. 2 mm on all sides are bleeds.

  86х54 мм - Ready-made product size

  80х48 мм - Safe area. The significant elements (logo, text, etc.) should not cross it outlines.

According to standards, our plastic cards have the following geometric parameters:

• width is 85,595 ± 0,125 mm
• height is 53,975 ± 0,055 mm
• thickness is 0,76 ± 0,08 mm
• corner rounding radius is 3,18 mm
