Lately, the production of labels has become increasingly in demand. They are used as an information carrier, advertising products, souvenirs and even decor. The Wolf printing house will not only suggest the most optimal way to print them, but will also help you develop an original product design.

Printing stickers has recently been gaining more and more momentum, being in high demand among trading companies that glue them to their products.< br>

What are stickers?

Stickers can have a wide variety of shapes and sizes: small, large, standard, complex. They should be distinguished from self-adhesive labels, which are fixed using special equipment and are produced in huge quantities in the form of rolls.

According to their purpose, all stickers are divided into:

Special (attached to equipment and inventory);

  • Informational;
  • Advertising;
  • Decorative;
  • Automotive;
  • Souvenirs.

Printing stickers

The Wolf printing house, which has been producing a wide range of advertising products for about ten years, will be able to produce a wide variety of stickers:

  • Full color - a color image is applied to PVC film.
  • Appliques - stickers are produced on a special plotter, which makes precise cuts in the color film according to the layout. You can develop it yourself, or by contacting the Wolf Printing Design Exchange. This is a kind of platform that provides access to orders for an unlimited number of performers, with subsequent payment for the best offer(s).
  • Contour cutting is a combination of the two technologies described above, i.e. a color image is cut out of a sheet.

Printing labels and stickers in the Wolf printing house is done in several ways:

  • Template - a method that is suitable for the production of self-adhesive price tags of the same type .
  • Offset printing - used when you need to order stickers containing multiple colors in large quantities. Due to the high speed and excellent quality of products, it is the most common technology today.
  • Silk-screen equipment - suitable for small runs. With this printing method, the ink is pressed through the smallest cells and remains on the paper. You can achieve decent quality only by mixing no more than three colors.
  • To print a minimum number of stickers, you can use simple office equipment. In this case, you need to carefully select paints and, preferably, to increase the durability of the product, laminate the surface.
  • Vinyl film - widely used for decorating cars. Created using a graphics program, a wide-format printer and a cutting plotter. Printing is done at high resolution.
